Love extincts

Love!!!!!
This feeling has almost got extinct from the group of feelings these days....
Its no more a true, respected feeling....
Its more of a convenience for everyone around, and more like a relation where one person comes in someone's life and goes and the other replaces that place in no time.
A relation with one person happens and still if the relation is not working well, some other way the happiness is found and life is carried on loving or being with two people these days.
People just fall in love or just say that they fell in love with someone in no time, and then one fine day realize no this is not love...
Its more of a conditional feeling....
Love which is supposed to be an unreasonable and unconditional feeling, is more of self-centered now....

Love which is the most beautiful feeling created by god, nowadays has become ugly and has lost the true respect and value for it. There is more of pain and tears between two people in love...

Were there ever true lovers in this world??
The ones who knew the meaning of true love, they had respect for the feeling of love and their partner.
The ones who loved that one person in their life truly and were ready to do anything and everything to get that person in their Life and made their dreams of living together come true. The words they said for each other were not just for the sake of it, they meant every word and in reality proved their love.

This is what Love is, and should be. A feeling which makes you feel so beautiful, divine and so very attached emotionally and mentally.
A relation which makes the two people feel complete being with each other and incomplete when they are away from each other..
Its a pure feeling which has to be for that one person in Life and when you say those 3 lovely words "I Love You", you really mean them only for that person and never ever cheat them.
A girl in love will always trust the guy blindly and depend on him always for every decision, every step she takes in life. Both need a great understanding and support from each other. Relations do have arguments and fights in them but that does not mean the feeling of love gets reduced due to such reasons, coz if it does then the love is not true love..

Unless two people in love fight how would they know the difference's in each other, how would they know their likes and dislikes. Fights should happen but it should be sorted out soon between themselves and not go out of their relation to a 3rd person.. This makes the relation more stronger and no detachment from the partner.

But these days, love is become more like an online shopping, a girl and a boy meet through networking sites, or in college, in parties, at workplace, at occasions, any meeting through acquaintance's and they get attracted to each other due to some or the other reason and in a short time feel they are in love. But is Love so easy to fall into and get out of when they realize one day that they are not in love or not meant for each other?
These days, a guy says "I Love You baby" but the hidden version is actually, "I Love your sexy figure baby".
Love is no more a feeling of emotional attachment left but more of physical attraction.. Its more of feeling of lust than love..
The reasons to blame it are also ready like, due to stressful lives of people, changing lifestyle, fast growing economy, etc etc.

But why can't human remain human and respect the feeling of Love truly and respect every opposite sex person in their life?
A guy getting a positive response from other girl does not mean he has to fall for her and give her that feeling of interest and get into a so called relation soon and then realize that it was not a committed feeling but a temporary phase. This hurts both the souls.

Rather, understand the other person really well, take your own time to understand the likes and dislikes, difference's in each other, the level of understanding each other, the mental attachment, the wavelength matching, the emotional attachment for each other being together and being away from each other. And not fall into a relation just seeing something good in that person and then feeling hurt or feel a regret.

There are so called long relations these days, for years and years and one fine day one person decides to end and there happens the disastrous "Break up" and there ends the beauty of the relation and the feeling ends. But yes these days a new relation happens soon too in no time. And the same story repeats in sometime..
People come people go, in the case of love too these days.

If you love someone truly, love that person completely, unconditionally, understand the person, the pain and the happiness of that person, the unsaid things, the expectations of the person. Give each other time, even if one person is busy, let the other partner just think and message or ping the other, some lovely message which makes the partner feel good.
Support each other in all good and bad times, be a strong support for each other which makes you feel strong and love grows more stronger.

A partner in love will trust you blindly, don't ever break that, keep the feeling of love always for your partner and that will make you feel guilty if you try to hide something from him/her.

Don't compromise or force yourself in a relation due to reasons of family or so, feel the true feelings and decide whether the relation would work forever or not.
"Love is really beautiful, respect it and value it, don't play with it. The beauty will fade otherwise leaving you nowhere someday!!!"

I was thinking you would put up something like this real soon :-)

hhmmm... good points here... well put... but then all is a matter of opinions and choices...

you do understand that the couples you named above were either fictitious or were glorified and glamourised by historians and filmmakers out to make a quick buck :-) ... the rose tinted glasses phenomenon

I do support your point on fighting and resolving differences... its the only way you make a relationship strong and you get to know each other.

I am also assuming the quote with which you ended the write up, is your own... and Hats off to that... its awesome :-)

Very thoughtful and thought provoking article.. must say you write really well. I do not agree with some of your statements though.

Love and Lust have both been around for a long long time. Where lust is something which is present at a purely physical plane and is easily gratified, love is much deeper. Love transcends the physical experience and is something experienced deep inside on the platonic and spiritual levels. It is something pure and priceless...and hence rare.

You will find pebbles and stones strewn all over, but diamonds and rubies are rare. In a way, their being rare,..adds to their value..Don't you think so? Is it fair, if I say diamonds don't exist because I didn't find them on Juhu beach :-) ???

What's Commitment!!

Commitment!!! The most dreaded word of all....Be it for any purpose, be it relationship, work, studies, pay your dues, etc...What exactly does it mean to commit? Does it mean to make a promise? Does it mean you are obliged to someone or something? Or is it that you are responsible for your commitment you make? What exactly does it mean? Yes, all the above mean the same, but then why is it such a scaring fact to commit? When you take a loan from a bank, a friend or any money lender you commit to pay back the amount in a stipulated time period upon a pre-decided agreement and you struggle and try your best to pay back. When you are studying you commit to achieve a particular grade at a particular stage and you struggle for it. When you are at work you are paid for a particular job, and you are committed or atleast expected to be committed to your work and so you try to prove yourself and achieve your set targets. When you have a family you are committed to every particular individual in ...

The Power lies within.....

Just a few days back there was a nice thought thought shared by a friend with me : An old Hindu legend says there was a time when men were gods. But they abused their divine powers so much that Brahma, the master of all gods, decided to take these powers away and hide them in a place where they would be impossible to find. All that remained was to find a suitable hiding place. A number of lesser gods were appointed to a council to deal with the issue. They suggested this: “Why not bury man's powers in the earth?” To which Brahma replied, “ No, that will not do because man would dig deep and find it.” So the gods said, “In that case, we will send their divinity to the deepest depths of the ocean.” But Brahma replied again, “Sooner or later man will explore the depths of the ocean and it is certain he will find it and bring it to the surface.” So the lesser gods concluded, “Neither land nor sea is a place where man's divine powers will be safe, so we do not know where...

3 idiots repeated.....(Unforgettable)

Had a great break of 8 days from daily routine and spent lovely time at Bangalore... Though a "Tech City", it has no discipline on the roads, traffic is pathetic, local people are adamant, the most expensive city.... And the climate is hot and dry and it starts pouring anytime when it wants... And the rains out here are like cats and dogs and it makes the city flood in no time and the roads get jammed with traffic soon..... We had just seen the mess in 3 idiots movie but we experienced a disaster in it.... It happened on the day we had to return back to Mumbai from Bangalore... We had a train to catch at 8pm and the day was bright sunny but all of a sudden the rain gods got excited and poured down at around 4pm. Drizzling turned to heavy rains in no time and the city got stranded in the floods and the traffic. We caught an auto at 6pm as it takes 1 hour to reach the station so did not want to take a chance, so left early. But did not expect what was kept ahead for us.. T...
